Coronavirus - Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

No, you will not be charged while the gym is closed.

Q:

No, please do not cancel your Direct Debit. You are not being charged while the gym is closed and we can respond and action things when we reopen, plus we don’t want you to incur any late payment charges. Please be aware that if you cancel your Direct Debit at the bank you may incur late payment charges and will be causing us unnecessary administration.

Q:

Firstly, you do not renew on to another 12 month contract when your initial 12 months have passed. The membership simply rolls.
The contract is for a minimum of 12 payments and not based on time therefore the time that you have not been charged while the gym has been closed will be added when we reopen (similar to a mortgage freeze).

Q:

Absolutely! We will adhere to every safety and hygiene precaution that we can including limiting memberships, sanitizer stations prior to entry, disinfection bottles within the gym so you can wipe down equipment before and after use. The equipment will be adequately spaced out, space markers will be visible on the floor, doors will be left open where possible to further reduce surface contact, staff will be continually cleaning and sanitising the equipment.
